Once again, congratulations to all of the Partners of the Americas' Chapters, the participating volunteer Bolivian firefighters, and institutions who made "Firefighters of the Americas" project a reality. The second phase of the training is wrapping up in the city of Cochabamba, Bolivia. Thanks to Mexican instructors Julio Martínez, JavierSaucedo, Alfonso Ruiz, and Carlos Padilla for this specialized training. The volunteer trainees will participate in threeworkshops:
